Also, whether there is gloss on the surface of the chain teeth, whether the middle part of the front of the chain teeth is concave, whether there is overflow at the root of the chain teeth, and whether there are obvious quality problems such as missing or missing teeth. Is the leading end of the hand-held zipper straight, flat, and wavy or curved when the zipper is in a natural hanging state. Is the adhesive position of the tape symmetrical, and is there any tilting or floating phenomenon. Is the trademark on the bottom of the pull head and the front of the pull tab clear.
Then check the feel of the zipper, pull the zipper back and forth with your hand, and feel the movement of the zipper. If there is no movement, it is considered normal. It is normal for the pull head to feel stuck or obstructed when starting at the top and bottom stops and sockets. Whether the position of the central thread and suture is appropriate, whether there is any reverse stitching of the chain teeth during stitching, and whether there is any reunion or skipped stitches; The suture should be sewn on the centerline.
The hand feel of a zipper should not only be similar to that of a plastic steel zipper, but also be checked by touching the surface of the chain teeth to see if it is smooth, with no rough or burrs as normal. In addition to the common inspection items with plastic steel zippers, metal zippers also need to check whether the chain teeth are broken, whether the edge of the tooth pit is cracked, and whether the chain teeth are arranged neatly.
