A strip nylon zipper is a common zipper product, which consists of a zipper head, zipper chain teeth, zipper cloth strap, and zipper tail. The strip nylon zipper includes an open end zipper and a closed end zipper, and the production process may also be slightly different.
Manufacturing of open end zippers:
1. Fixed size
According to the customer's requirements and the size of the order, the length of the coded nylon zipper is set to remove unnecessary teeth (teeth cleaning), ensuring the length of the middle chain teeth.
2. Upper lip
The upper stop is located on the top side of the zipper opening, and the materials of the stop include metal stop, injection stop, transparent U-shaped stop, etc. The main function of the upper stop is to prevent the zipper from slipping off, which can ensure the stability and reliability of the zipper throughout the entire use process.
3. Pulling head
Install zipper pullers for nylon zippers, which generally include zinc alloy pullers, plastic pullers, etc.
4. Gluing
After sizing, the knife edge is glued and fused with the adhesive tape to ensure that there is no fuzzing at the cut edge. At the same time, the remaining two and a half teeth of the knife edge after teeth cleaning are fused to ensure that the left and right teeth can be inserted close to the first tooth.
5. Punching holes
Drill a cross hole at the position where the zipper is glued, as a positioning reference for the subsequent square selling process.
6. Square sales
According to the customer's requirements, the zipper undergoes a square pin process. The materials of the square pin include metal stop and injection molding stop, and different materials have different processes.
7. Cut off
Place the pre made coded nylon zipper on the cutting machine and cut it into strips of nylon zipper at the end of the square pin.
